Capital Garage Design proprietor Bob Scott offers over 20 years experience in communication arts, involving both illustration and design. Eight of those years were spent freelancing in N.Y.C. before returning to Richmond in 1990.
As an illustrator, Bob has worked for a wide variety of clients including Newsweek, Deutsch Inc, IBM, Jim Jarmusch Productions, and Disney Cruises. Combining the graphic sensibilty of his illustration with an interest in graphic design and web design, Bob gradually began mixing in projects where he brought these skills together.
With Capital Garage Design the shop door is officially rolled open to offer graphic design services.
Capital Garage offers clients unique and creative visuals, whether a pure typograhic solution to an ad, an illustrated logo, a brochure design incorporating spot illustrations, or an eyecatching website design.
* Although we don't do transmissions or brakes, or have anything to do with any sort of auto repair business, sometimes late at night the distinctive glow of a mig welder can be seen coming from behind the garage.
